What files should I prepare for PCB Assembly?

Prepare a Gerber ZIP or RAR archive, a BOM in CSV or XLSX, and a placement file in CSV or TSV. Include designators, footprints and part numbers in the BOM, and reference, X, Y, rotation and side in the placement file. Use the same design revision for all files.
