1. Parties, scope and acceptance

“TekRabbits”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TekRabbits, operating from its registered address stated below. “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the person or entity using the website or placing an order. These Terms apply to website use, quotations, orders, payments, technical files, PCB Fabrication, PCB Assembly, delivery coordination and related support, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

The website is not an offer to supply every request. An order is accepted only when TekRabbits confirms it in writing, through the customer account or by commencing processing after successful payment and internal review. TekRabbits may decline a request where it cannot be lawfully, safely or reasonably fulfilled.

2. Quotes, prices, payment and order changes

Quotes are prepared from the design package, selected specifications, quantity, delivery information and commercial conditions available at the time. A quote is time-limited and may be corrected or withdrawn for a manifest error, incomplete information, changed specification, availability issue, tax change or other material change before acceptance. The customer must review all selected specifications, quantity, address and total before payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed PCB-service totals are all-inclusive customer prices and payment is due through the TekRabbits checkout before an order enters Processing. Promotional offers apply only on their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash, combined unless expressly permitted, or applied retrospectively.

A requested change or cancellation is effective only when TekRabbits confirms it in writing. Because services are made to the customer’s specification, work may begin promptly. Approved changes may require a revised price, timeline or technical review. If a confirmed cancellation occurs after costs or commitments have been incurred, any refund will be assessed under the Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.

3. Customer authority, technical responsibility and permitted use

You represent and warrant that you have authority to submit each design package, approve each instruction and place the order. You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness and suitability of your design, Gerbers, bill of materials, placement data, firmware, drawings, notes, selected specifications, component choices, quantities, test requirements and delivery details.

• A file review, automated check, image, placement preview or quote is not design certification, safety approval, regulatory approval, fitness-for-purpose assurance, field validation or an engineering sign-off.
• You are responsible for prototype evaluation, functional testing, environmental testing, electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, regulatory compliance, installation, integration, maintenance, end use, resale and all product-specific approvals.
• You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hazardous or prohibited material, or include passwords, private keys, payment-card data, government identifiers or unrelated personal data in a design package.
• You must obtain all necessary licences, consents and permissions for any intellectual property, data, component, brand, artwork or instruction supplied to TekRabbits.

4. Technical review, processing and service status

Paid PCB-service orders are shown as Processing while TekRabbits conducts internal technical, commercial, quality and fulfilment coordination. We may request clarification, propose a revision, pause processing or decline the order if the submission is incomplete, inconsistent, technically unsuitable, unavailable, unlawful, unsafe or likely to create a quality concern. Internal coordination information is confidential and is not displayed in the customer account.

Processing or a request for clarification does not constitute acceptance of a change in your design or a waiver of your responsibilities. The order status becomes Shipped only when TekRabbits dispatches the order to the customer with any applicable domestic delivery information.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

You retain ownership of your design package and other material you lawfully provide. You grant TekRabbits a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that material solely as necessary to evaluate, quote, coordinate, fulfil, support and comply with legal obligations relating to the order. TekRabbits retains all rights in its website, workflow, templates, pre-existing tools, process know-how, branding and other intellectual property.

The Design Confidentiality and NDA forms part of these Terms for design material submitted through PCB services. It does not transfer ownership, create a joint venture or grant any implied licence beyond the limited purpose described above.

6. Quality, delivery, inspection and claims

Manufacturing and assembly are subject to the specification confirmed for the order and normal industry tolerances. Estimated processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines, unless TekRabbits expressly agrees a written guaranteed date. The Shipping Policy applies to delivery arrangements.

Please inspect an order promptly on delivery and notify support@tekrabbits.com of a suspected non-conformance with the order number, a clear description and reasonable supporting evidence. Reporting promptly helps us investigate and preserve evidence; it does not remove any remedy that mandatory law provides. 7. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity

Except for express written commitments, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TekRabbits disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. TekRabbits does not warrant that an item will be suitable for a particular application, production environment, regulated use or end-user market.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TekRabbits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss; loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or data; recall, field failure, downtime, rework, regulatory consequence or third-party claim arising from the customer’s design, instructions, integration, installation, use or resale. TekRabbits’ aggregate liability for a PCB-service order is limited to the amount paid to TekRabbits for the affected order line.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold TekRabbits harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your design, supplied material, instructions, unlawful or infringing use, unsafe integration, product claim or breach of these Terms, except to the extent directly caused by TekRabbits’ own breach of law or an agreed written obligation. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Website use, communications and general terms

You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, scrape restricted content or misuse another person’s account. We may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, personnel or legal compliance.

Notices may be provided by email, the customer account or the contact details you provide. You must keep your account and contact details current. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign an order without our written consent; TekRabbits may assign these Terms in connection with a lawful business transfer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights and any forum that law requires, courts with competent jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction over disputes. We encourage customers to contact us first so that a concern can be reviewed promptly and fairly.
