1. Parties, scope and acceptance

“TekRabbits”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TekRabbits, whose registered address and GSTIN appear below. “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the person or entity placing an order or using our services. You must be at least 18 and legally competent to enter a contract. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. An adult must place and take responsibility for an order requested on behalf of a minor.

An order is accepted when TekRabbits communicates its acceptance through your account or in writing after payment and review. An automated payment receipt alone does not confirm technical suitability or release to manufacture. If we cannot accept a paid request, we will explain the reason and refund the payment for the unaccepted order. We may decline work that cannot be fulfilled lawfully, safely or within the available manufacturing capability.

2. Quotes, payment, changes and cancellation

A quotation depends on the submitted files, build specifications, quantity, component availability and delivery address, and is valid for the period stated. Review it before accepting. If a file mismatch, availability issue or clear pricing error is identified, we will explain the proposed correction. We will not impose a revised specification or price without your approval. If we cannot fulfil the accepted scope, you may decline the proposed alternative and receive the refund due under these Terms and applicable law.

All stated charges and customer payments are in Indian Rupees (INR). Before confirmation, the quotation or checkout will identify the total payable and the applicable breakdown of fabrication, components, assembly, optional services, delivery and GST. Optional work requires your approval. A separately agreed international delivery must identify any customer import responsibilities before acceptance. Payment is due through the methods offered at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing. Promotional conditions must be disclosed before purchase and do not reduce remedies for defective goods or deficient services.

Send a change or cancellation request promptly to support@tekrabbits.com with your order number. “Processing” can include review and coordination; it does not, by itself, prove that fabrication has started. We will check the actual production and procurement stage and confirm what can be stopped or changed. Once custom fabrication or committed procurement begins, a voluntary change or cancellation may be impracticable. That production constraint does not prevent a claim for breach, defective goods or deficient services.

For a voluntary cancellation by a business purchaser outside consumer protection, a refund may reflect documented, reasonable costs of work actually performed and commitments that cannot reasonably be recovered. We will provide a breakdown and will not charge twice for the same cost.

For a consumer, any cancellation charge must be disclosed and lawful, and TekRabbits must bear similar charges if it unilaterally cancels a confirmed purchase. A deduction labelled a processing or procurement cost cannot bypass that protection. If we reject a request before acceptance or cancel because we cannot supply the agreed order, we will refund the amount paid for that order and honour any additional remedy required by law.

3. Customer authority, technical responsibility and permitted use

You must have authority to submit each design package and approve each instruction. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your Gerber and drill files, bill of materials, placement data, firmware, drawings, notes, selected specifications, component choices, quantities, test requirements and delivery details. We remain responsible for carrying out the scope we accept with reasonable care and for our own manufacturing, assembly and legal obligations.

• File checks, previews and quotations help identify production issues; they are not a complete circuit-design review or a certificate of safety, regulatory approval or fitness for an end use.
• You must validate the finished product’s design, firmware, integration, installation and intended operating conditions. Product-specific testing or certification is included only when expressly agreed. This does not transfer to you any statutory duty that TekRabbits has as a manufacturer, seller, service provider or importer.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or prohibited material. Keep credentials, private keys, payment-card data and unrelated personal data out of technical files.
• Obtain the necessary licences and permissions for intellectual property, brands, artwork, data and instructions that you supply. Notify us before submitting material subject to restrictions on disclosure or cross-border transfer.

3.1 Trade, safety and permitted end use

Do not order goods for weapons, ammunition, weapon accessories, unlawful surveillance or another prohibited purpose. Disclose the actual end user, destination and intended use where relevant. Controlled designs, software or technology must not be uploaded or sent overseas without the required authority. Applicable Indian import, export and customs requirements, including SCOMET controls where relevant, must be observed. Other jurisdictions’ restrictions apply only where legally applicable to the transaction.

Each party remains responsible for licences and compliance duties that apply to its own activities. We may request necessary end-use information or pause an order while a genuine compliance question is resolved. Any cancellation or refund will be handled under Section 2 and applicable law; a concern does not automatically permit forfeiture of all payments.

4. Manufacturing and component services

Paid PCB orders may show Processing during technical review, clarification, procurement and fulfilment coordination. We may place an order on hold and request corrections if its files or selected options are incomplete, inconsistent or unsuitable. A review request does not authorise a change to your design. Where an issue affects the accepted scope, price or schedule, we will explain it and obtain approval for the proposed change.

Specialist manufacturing and sourcing providers may perform parts of an order. For an order accepted by and paid to TekRabbits, we coordinate fulfilment and handle your service concerns. Provider arrangements do not remove our contractual or statutory responsibilities, and you are not required to pursue a provider overseas before raising a claim with us.

4.1 PCB fabrication and production-file approval

Fabrication follows the final files and manufacturing specification accepted for the order: layer arrangement, dimensions, material, copper, finish, solder mask, markings, quantity and any agreed impedance or special features. Tolerances must be identified by the quoted manufacturing capability or agreed specification. A preview assists review; it is not a calibrated drawing or a complete verification of the design.

Where we request approval of revised production files, review all layers, holes, routing, panel details and notes before expressly releasing them. Tell us promptly about a discrepancy. We will obtain approval before changing a functional feature, material requirement, agreed tolerance or another material specification. Production aids that you have already authorised must stay within that permission. Approval does not excuse a subsequent departure from the accepted files.

4.2 PCB assembly (PCBA)

Assembly follows the approved component list and placement data. Automated matches are suggestions: check exact part numbers, packages, pinouts, ratings, orientation, polarity and positions before approval.

Files must meet the quoted rules for land patterns, spacing, edge clearance, thermal balance, panelisation, tooling and fiducials. Via-in-pad and thin boards need particular review. Shared-line reflow can leave solder on blank boards.

No-clean paste may leave residue. Washing, moisture baking, LED checks, programming, power-on and functional tests must be expressly included. Customer-supplied components are not automatically screened for authenticity or performance. Solder alloy, finish, depanelisation, edge-rail markings and packaging must follow the accepted build.

We will identify material limitations before accepting the build and obtain approval for a component substitution, changed solder process or production adjustment that affects the functional board. Where dedicated testing or cleaning is important to your application, specify it before confirmation; we will confirm availability, scope and the INR charge.

If a shortage, footprint conflict or production issue prevents completion, we will explain the affected positions or quantities and agree the next step. A partial shipment requires your approval. You will not be charged for goods or work that were not supplied; any refund or further remedy follows Section 6. A production-yield estimate does not require you to accept defective boards.

Handle supplied components according to their documented storage, moisture and handling requirements. Additional manual rework needs an agreed scope and explanation of foreseeable risks. A customer design or component problem may affect the result, but customer approval does not excuse a selection, placement or workmanship error attributable to TekRabbits.

4.3 Parts-selection assistance

When requested and offered, manual parts-selection assistance carries a standard service fee of INR 1,000 per request. Applicable GST and the total payable will be stated before you confirm the service. Any different scope or additional fee requires a separate quotation and approval.

Provide complete part numbers, packages, quantities, essential electrical and mechanical requirements, approved alternatives and any restrictions. This service searches for suitable available components; it does not redesign or certify the circuit. We will explain the review estimate and any information or confirmation needed.

Review the proposed components and give express approval before the assembly order is released. The selection task ends when the agreed recommendations are delivered and confirmed; ongoing design consultancy or additional searches require a separate agreed scope. Acceptance of a recommendation does not remove responsibility for an error in performing the selection service.

If no suitable component can be recommended for any requested position, the selection fee will be refunded in full. If only part of the agreed search is completed, the refund will fairly reflect the uncompleted portion and be explained in writing. Missing or incorrect customer information will be raised for clarification; it does not automatically forfeit the entire fee. Repeat work caused by changed or corrected instructions may be charged only after you accept the additional scope.

We will correct a selection error attributable to our service without an extra selection charge. This correction process and any commercial refund arrangement do not limit a remedy for deficient service under applicable law.

5. Intellectual property and confidentiality

You retain ownership of your submitted designs and other material you lawfully provide. You permit TekRabbits to use that material, and disclose the necessary portions to authorised service providers under confidentiality obligations, only to review, quote, fulfil and support the order or meet legal duties. This is not an assignment of your intellectual property or permission for unrelated publicity. TekRabbits retains its website, branding, pre-existing tools, templates and general process know-how.

Our Design Confidentiality and NDA protects submitted design material. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, applicable information-technology and data-protection law, and provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as they come into force. Necessary overseas processing must meet applicable transfer requirements. Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to marketing, publication of your design or unrelated use of personal data.

6. Delivery, quality and remedies

Production time, dispatch time and transit time are different. We will identify the relevant schedule or estimate and communicate material delays. Describing a date as an estimate does not remove a remedy for delay under applicable law. The Shipping Policy supplements these Terms. For shipment that we arrange to your Indian address, we coordinate transit loss or damage with the carrier; marking an order Shipped does not mean it has been delivered or remove your claim against us. Additional costs caused by incorrect customer delivery details must be reasonable and explained.

Inspect the shipment promptly and report visible damage or shortages as soon as practicable, preferably within seven calendar days. For an assembly concern, please contact us within three months where practicable. These are investigation requests, not deadlines that extinguish your rights; latent defects and legal claims remain subject to applicable law. Send the order number, affected quantity, description and reasonable evidence to support@tekrabbits.com. A failure to power on does not, by itself, identify the cause, and absence of a visible soldering defect does not automatically defeat a claim.

We will investigate using the accepted files, production records and reasonable diagnostic evidence. Preserve affected items and packaging where practicable and obtain return instructions before sending goods back. Necessary action for safety or to prevent further harm is permitted; document it if possible. A supplier’s internal decision or claim deadline is not conclusive of your rights against TekRabbits.

For an established manufacturing or assembly failure, the remedy may include rework, replacement, repeat performance or refund, as appropriate and consistent with your legal rights. Consumer refunds or returns required for defective, deficient, spurious or materially misdescribed supply, or qualifying late delivery, will not be refused because the product was custom made. A remedy is not automatically capped at the soldering or selection fee. We will arrange and bear reasonable return costs for a confirmed issue attributable to our supply.

Accepted refunds will be initiated without avoidable delay, within a reasonable period or any shorter period required by law, normally through the original payment method. We will confirm the amount and initiation details. A bank’s posting time is separate from our obligation to process the refund. Store credit is an option only if you choose it; it is not a compulsory replacement for a refund.

An event genuinely beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. We will notify you, explain its impact, take reasonable steps to reduce the delay and discuss available alternatives. An ordinary stock shortage or routine production problem is not automatically force majeure. Any statutory exception for force majeure applies only as the law permits; amounts for work not supplied and other accrued rights are addressed under these Terms and applicable law.

7. Service commitments and liability

We will perform the accepted work with reasonable skill and care and supply goods that conform to the agreed specifications and express commitments. Unless included in the accepted scope, manufacture or assembly does not certify a customer’s circuit design, finished-product performance or suitability for a regulated application. No disclaimer on this page excludes a condition, warranty, duty or remedy that applicable law preserves.

For a business transaction in which the purchaser is not a consumer under applicable law, and only where lawful and reasonable, contractual recovery for ordinary loss is limited to the amount paid for the affected order; indirect or consequential business losses are excluded. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, wrongful use or disclosure of confidential information, death or personal injury caused by our fault, statutory product liability, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not restrict a consumer’s statutory remedies.

For a business transaction outside consumer protection, you are responsible for reasonable, substantiated third-party losses caused by your unlawful or infringing material or instructions, to the extent attributable to you. We will notify you of a claim and give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence. You do not indemnify TekRabbits for our own fault or breach of law.

8. Website use and general provisions

Use the website lawfully, protect your account credentials and keep contact details current. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with security, upload malicious code or misuse restricted services. Notify support@tekrabbits.com promptly of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security or legal concern, giving a reason and an opportunity to resolve it where practicable. Suspension or account closure does not erase an existing refund, complaint or other enforceable right.

Order notices may be sent through your account or the contact details you provide. The version of these Terms supplied when an order is accepted governs that order. Later changes apply prospectively unless you expressly agree otherwise or law requires the change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. An assignment or business transfer must not reduce an existing customer remedy.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Kolkata, West Bengal may hear ordinary contractual disputes, subject to any forum and territorial jurisdiction provided by law. A consumer may approach the competent Consumer Commission, including where the law permits a complaint at the consumer’s residence or place of work. Contacting us first is encouraged, but is not a condition for statutory proceedings, and these Terms do not impose compulsory overseas arbitration.

9. AI tools and engineering assistance

Our AI tools provide automated component-search and engineering assistance within the scope and limitations shown by each tool. Submitting a request asks TekRabbits and its service providers to process the supplied information for that request, as described in our Privacy Policy — AI tools and submitted information. You must have authority to submit the material. Do not submit credentials, unnecessary personal data, confidential third-party information or content whose disclosure would breach an obligation. These provisions do not replace any consent required by applicable law.

AI can make mistakes. Any AI tool hosted on this website may generate inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable results, outputs, calculations, answers, recommendations or other information. You must independently review and verify all such information for accuracy, completeness and suitability before relying on it or taking action. Use reliable sources, your own checks and testing, and appropriately qualified professional advice where needed. Calculated results depend on the stated inputs, assumptions and supported circuit models. Check component identity, current datasheets, ratings, compatibility and applicable design or manufacturing requirements. A search result is not a stock reservation, purchase confirmation, certified design or guarantee of hardware performance. A reference circuit or diagram is not manufacturing approval. Verify safety-critical or regulated applications through the appropriate engineering and compliance process.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TekRabbits and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any incorrect information generated by any AI tool hosted on this website, or for any loss, damage, injury, cost or expense of any nature arising from the use of, reliance on or implementation of its results, outputs, calculations, answers, recommendations or other information. This includes direct, indirect, incidental and consequential loss or damage. This disclaimer is subject to the exceptions in Section 7 and does not exclude or limit any statutory consumer right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Published allowances, reset periods, retention periods and supported features apply to each tool. Clarifying an unfinished analysis and recalculating a completed result may be treated differently, as explained in that tool. Do not bypass usage limits, automate abusive access or attempt to obtain another user's results. Tool availability and beta capacity may be limited; a free allowance does not promise uninterrupted service. Paid access, where offered, follows the plan and renewal terms expressly accepted at purchase. These provisions do not exclude statutory consumer rights or alter an existing order's agreed terms.

Optional feedback and allowance return. When you submit a review of an eligible completed result, that result’s original allowance use is returned once, whatever star rating you choose. Dismissing the invitation does not affect access or the result. Duplicate submissions do not return additional uses, and a review of a result from an expired allowance period does not replenish the current period. A written explanation is optional. This is a private service-improvement record, not a public testimonial or a payment refund. Your submitted review and its associated question, result and diagnostic record are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and retained in active feedback storage for 90 days.
