High-quality PCB fabrication includes basic boards as well as specialist builds. Free design-for-manufacture (DFM) verification reviews your production files; materials, features and testing are confirmed against the specification you approve.

Materials and PCB types: Choose FR-4, flexible PCBs, aluminium and copper-core boards, or Rogers high-frequency laminates. HDI construction supports denser interconnections. Material, layer and stack-up choices are matched to the electrical, mechanical and thermal requirements of the board.
Surface finishes and via covering: Select compatible HASL, lead-free HASL or ENIG surface finishes, together with available via-covering options. Confirm tenting, plugging or filling requirements against the selected material and stack-up before production.
Gold fingers and manufactured edges: Specify gold fingers, castellated holes and edge plating for the connections your board needs. Confirm edge details, critical dimensions and panel format in the fabrication notes so these features are part of the quoted build.
Testing, reports and certificates: Testing options include flying probe and 4-wire Kelvin checks. Request inspection reports, electrical-test (ET) reports and applicable RoHS compliance documentation with the order. Available checks and documents depend on the selected board and accepted specification.

Prepare one consistent design package.

Use the same CAD revision for every production file, and make special requirements explicit before quoting.

Gerber archive · ZIP or RAR: Include the copper, solder-mask and legend layers, board outline and NC drill data needed for the build. Check that the archive contains the intended board revision.
Fabrication notes: State critical dimensions, layer order, panel requirements and any controlled-impedance or other special requirement. A preview is a review aid, not an engineering sign-off.
Quantity and delivery brief: Confirm the number of boards or panels, required options and delivery address. Keep the source design available in case a correction or clarification is needed.

How do I get a fabrication quote?

Sign in, upload your Gerber archive and choose the required board specifications and quantity. Review the estimate and any outstanding questions before proceeding. Price and availability depend on the design and selected options.

Can I order from Delhi, Pune or elsewhere in India?

Orders are placed through TekRabbits for delivery across India. Confirm your delivery address and schedule with the order; domestic tracking is provided after TekRabbits dispatches the package.

Do basic PCBs receive a quality guarantee?

Does fabrication include components?

Fabrication supplies the bare circuit board. Choose PCB assembly if the order also needs component selection and placement work; the accepted assembly scope defines what is fitted.

Is design verification free before PCB production?

Yes. Free design-for-manufacture (DFM) verification reviews your production files and manufacturing requirements before release. It helps resolve fabrication issues while changes can still be made. For circuit-level validation or functional testing, specify the additional engineering or test work in your enquiry.

Can I request advanced or special features?

Availability depends on the design and selected manufacturing capability. Include critical requirements with the quote and ask the team to review anything that is not covered by the available options.
