Choose the right production path.
Start with the outcome you need. Both paths begin with board files; assembly adds the component and placement decisions.
- PCB fabrication
- Choose bare boards when you plan to populate the components yourself or need a board for manufacturing evaluation. Prepare the Gerbers, drill data and board specification.
- PCB assembly
- Choose a populated build when the component list and placement work belong in the same order. Prepare a BOM and placement file alongside the Gerber archive.
Bring the right files.
Keep every file on the same design revision. Sign in or create an account to upload your Gerber archive, then add BOM and placement files if you choose assembly.
- Gerber archive · ZIP or RAR
- Include the required copper, solder-mask and legend layers, board outline and NC drill information. Check that the archive describes the board you intend to build.
- BOM for assembly · CSV or XLSX
- Include designators, footprints, exact part numbers and quantities per board. Identify positions not to populate and any approved alternatives.
- Placement for assembly · CSV or TSV
- Include designator, X, Y, rotation and side. Keep units and the reference origin consistent with the board design and BOM.
- Build requirements
- Have your quantity, material, finish, delivery details and any special process or test requirements ready. Additional review information may be requested for the selected build.

Can I order online with my account?
Yes. Sign in or create a free account to order PCB fabrication or PCB assembly online. Pay by Direct bank transfer; production proceeds only after payment is confirmed and the order passes our review.
Can I start with only a Gerber archive?
A fabrication request starts with the board archive and specification. An assembly request also needs the component list and placement information before the build can be reviewed.
Does the preview certify my design?
Board and placement views help you review the production package. They do not replace circuit validation, safety or compliance checks, or the functional testing of the finished product.
What if I need help preparing the files?
Speak with the TekRabbits team about the file or specification issue before placing the order. The team can confirm the appropriate review scope and any additional work required.
